Cleaning Operative

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Cleaning Operative to join Compass Group Ireland's cleaning and facilities team. This position entails a 39-hour workweek, primarily focused on maintaining safe and hygienic environments for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the cleaning and facilities teams to ensure all areas remain safe, clean, and sanitary.
• Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming with a commitment to high standards.
• Sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and frequently touched areas regularly.
• Quickly address additional cleaning tasks such as spillages as needed.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
• Keep track of and replenish cleaning supplies efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent organizational skills paired with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and enjoyment of practical, hands-on work.
• Experience in similar cleaning roles is advantageous but not essential.
• A flexible approach to working hours and duties.
