Role Start

Employment Details

This role offers a permanent contract and can be full-time or part-time, based onsite in Friedrichroda.

Key Duties

• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in public areas, wellness sections, and hotel outlets with constant attention to quality and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest property carefully while ensuring adherence to all hygiene and quality standards.
• Apply cleaning agents and care products appropriately based on their specifications.
• Manage office organization including distributing cleaning supplies and housekeeping materials.
• Clean swimming pool and sauna spaces thoroughly.

Candidate Profile

• Prior professional experience in building cleaning with confidence in using cleaning agents, materials, and equipment.
• High reliability, flexibility, and resilience especially under stressful conditions.
• Strong sense of cleanliness and order with attention to detail.
• Enjoy engaging with guests and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
• Well-groomed appearance with respectful and professional demeanor.
• Good command of German and English languages; additional language skills are a plus.
