Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Class 2 Tipper Driver to join a reputed client based in Glastonbury. This role offers a regular Monday to Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and an immediate starting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 tipper vehicle for deliveries and collections within the region.
• Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Accurately complete all required documentation associated with trips and vehicle usage.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols on site.
• Professional representation of the client in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Category C/Class 2 driving license.
• MPQC Card is mandatory.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Prior experience handling tipper vehicles is preferred.
• Solid understanding of drivers’ hours and the Working Time Regulations.
• Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to safety.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Hourly pay range from £17.50 to £21.00, with overtime paid at £21/hour.
• Workdays: Monday to Friday starting from 6:30 AM.
• Payments made weekly via PAYE system.
