Civil Site Engineer

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced male Civil Site Engineer for a role based in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. The position involves working with a company specializing in UPVC doors and windows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site supervision and execution activities.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors during site inspections.
• Maintain detailed records of labor attendance, material usage, work progress, and outstanding tasks.
• Support project handover, resolve snags, and prepare final site documentation.
• Understand measurements, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and assist with estimation tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors, laborers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Apply problem-solving skills with ownership and practical decision-making at the site level.
• Communicate clearly and maintain regular reporting and follow-ups.
• Use MS Office, email, and daily reporting tools proficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil site execution, finishing, interiors, or project coordination.
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering preferred; candidates with relevant site experience will also be considered.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically in site execution and related tasks.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
• Possession of a valid driving license and own two-wheeler is preferred.
• Demonstrated discipline, punctuality, honesty, and capability to independently manage site responsibilities.
