Overview
Our client is a leading developer specializing in Grade A land, industrial infrastructure, industrial and logistics parks. With strategic collaborations involving top multinational companies, the company has recently expanded its portfolio to include the industrial solar power sector as well as civil contracting through an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model.
Role Responsibilities
The role requires leading civil engineering projects focusing on the construction and development of industrial parks, logistics parks, industrial plots, and large-scale land developments. These projects typically range between 200,000 to 300,000 square feet and include major civil EPC contracting assignments.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Civil Engineering and have approximately 20 years of experience in civil construction within industrial infrastructure development.
