Role Overview

We prepare nearly all our dishes from scratch, so we are searching for a passionate Chef de Partie experienced in working with fresh ingredients and committed to crafting top-quality meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes of high culinary standard.
• Maintain strict kitchen and food safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively within the team to ensure timely delivery of dishes.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to independently manage a kitchen section.
• Experience in fast-paced pub or restaurant environments focusing on fresh food.
• Eagerness to engage actively in kitchen duties and develop new culinary skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English adequate for safety and allergen management.
