- Candidates who have completed 10+2 (HSC) or above education are eligible. Both graduates and undergraduates, including freshers and experienced individuals, may apply. Proficiency in English communication is mandatory. Good typing and customer management skills are preferred but not compulsory.

About the Role
This role involves handling international customer interactions through chat support. Candidates will be responsible for addressing customer queries, delivering prompt and accurate solutions, and adhering to company processes to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Offer precise and timely solutions to customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to company guidelines and procedures throughout interactions.
- Achieve and maintain the required quality and productivity benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate) or above.
- Open to graduates and undergraduates, including freshers and candidates with experience.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Good typing speed and customer handling abilities are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Cost to Company (CTC): 23,000 INR per month.
- In-hand salary: 18,000 INR per month.
Work Schedule & Facilities
- Night shift process with flexible 9-hour shifts within operational hours from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM.
- Training sessions conducted during daytime hours only.
- Cab service available during odd hours between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM, including pickup or drop-off options.
- Weekly offs: 2 days on a rotational basis.
