Role overview

A leading insurance organization is looking for a Change Management Lead to join on a full-time remote basis. The position involves supporting major enterprise transformation work, with quarterly travel to the Midwest.

What you will do

Plan and carry out change management approaches for large-scale transformation programs.
Draft executive-level updates, communication plans, and enterprise messaging.
Design and manage Change Champion networks that help drive adoption across the business.
Work closely with senior leaders to strengthen readiness, engagement, and alignment.
Run leadership workshops and contribute to executive planning discussions.
Track adoption levels, stakeholder feedback, and the overall effectiveness of change efforts.

What we are looking for

At least 10 years of experience in enterprise change management.
Current Prosci certification is mandatory.
Background supporting ERP implementations or similar enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Strong ability to communicate with executives and manage stakeholders effectively.
Excellent skills in writing, presenting, and facilitating discussions.
Hands-on experience building communication strategies and adoption plans.
