CEO - AI Crypto Trading Platform

Overview

The founder of an AI-driven crypto trading platform is appointing a Chief Executive Officer to take over operational leadership through the Token Generation Event (TGE), achieve production readiness, and manage the initial commercial cycle. This strategic move will allow the founder to concentrate on product direction, token policy, and long-term positioning.

This role will inherit an established platform with a defined team, tokenomics, and a milestone-based delivery schedule, including a credible engineering roadmap and operational discipline. The project is beyond the initial development and is not in turnaround mode.

The primary challenge now is not whether AI can be used in trading but which platforms make AI-driven strategies accessible, reliable, and commercially sustainable to both retail and institutional clients. The client has designed a multi-revenue-stream business model aiming for durability beyond speculative events.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering the milestone-based development until the platform reaches production readiness, overseeing components such as the execution engine, exchange baseline, token contracts, custody and treasury systems, compliance processes, staking and buyback automation, AI intelligence layers, margin and liquidation engine, and market making infrastructure.
• Enforce milestone acceptance criteria with formal written approval, ensuring at least 80% backend test coverage, 90% smart contract coverage, and zero open critical or high-level defects.
• Lead the technical launch process for the Token Generation Event, coordinating audits, custody activation, liquidity provision, engagement with market makers, and listings across exchanges from decentralized (DEX) to mid-tier and tier-one centralized exchanges (CEX).
• Develop and execute exchange liquidity strategies post-launch, including market maker partnerships, spread optimization, fee-tier structuring, and managing operational metrics such as uptime, latency, market depth, slippage, and order fill rates.
• Ensure operational stability of buyback-and-burn mechanisms, staking safety measures, treasury management, and revenue distribution flows.
• Maintain full profit and loss responsibility across five revenue pillars, sequencing activations to create mutual reinforcement.
• Convert exchange transaction volume into recurring revenue streams via token-linked fee discounts to encourage adoption, subscription-based intelligence services to increase engagement, automated investing solutions for recurring income, and managed trading plus licensing to unlock institutional market segments.
• Establish a community-driven growth strategy across platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter), targeting the conversion of passive followers into actively engaged users anchored by verifiable utility.
• Monitor both SaaS-style performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per revenue pillar; and cryptocurrency-specific indicators such as on-chain activity, wallet retention, holder behavior, and staking participation.

Additional Information

This position is full-time and based onsite in Singapore. The role demands executive-level operational leadership within the AI-crypto trading technology domain. The candidate will take over from an existing well-structured project setup intended to deliver a commercially viable multi-revenue trading platform empowered by AI.
