Position Summary

To ensure safe and efficient cash transfers, we are seeking a Customer Advisor for our Stuttgart store who possesses special language skills in Albanian, Romanian, or Ukrainian. This frontline role primarily involves assisting customers with conducting and processing money transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Ria products, including money transfer and currency exchange services.
• Manage cash transactions including cashiering duties.
• Provide expert support and advice to both new and existing clients.
• Adhere strictly to Ria’s security policies and anti-money laundering procedures.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and help attract new customers.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Previous cashier or sales experience is preferable.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well within a team.
• Customer service and client-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Native or strong proficiency in Albanian, Romanian, or Ukrainian is highly advantageous.
• Basic computer skills, especially in MS Office applications.
