Car Sale Yard Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Car Sale Yard Supervisor to oversee daily functions at our Car Sale Yard, concentrating primarily on vehicle auctions, inventory control, and ensuring vehicles are auction-ready. This role demands effective leadership and comprehensive knowledge of used car sales and auction processes to manage the entire auction cycle efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Car Sale Yard.
• Supervise vehicle auction activities ensuring seamless auction execution.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, inspections, and readiness leading up to auctions.
• Keep track of vehicle inventory, monitor movement, and maintain stock accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Fleet, and Maintenance departments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Lead and manage the yard team to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Possess 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, car rental, vehicle sales, or comparable sectors.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
• Effective communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
