Key Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, sandwiches, vegetable shots, fruit bowls, salad bowls, overnight oats, and other healthy menu items.
• Handle customer orders efficiently, delivering courteous and friendly service.
• Manage cash, UPI transactions, and simple billing processes accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness across the kitchen, counters, utensils, equipment, and seating areas.
• Monitor daily stock levels for fruits, vegetables, bread, milk, and other ingredients, ensuring proper storage and reducing food waste.
• Open and close the café during assigned shifts responsibly.
• Provide daily reports on sales, stock, and wastage to the owner.
• Assist with takeaway, delivery, and subscription meal orders when necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably at least 6 months of prior experience in cafes, juice shops, bakeries, fast food outlets, or restaurants.
• Fresh candidates passionate about preparing food are also welcome to apply.
• Fundamental skills in cutting, sandwich making, and maintaining kitchen hygiene are essential.
• Attributes such as honesty, punctuality, cleanliness, and eagerness to learn are crucial.
• Comfort in customer interaction and independent outlet management is necessary.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi or Kannada is required, while basic English is beneficial.
• Residence in or near Yelahanka is preferred.
