Work Environment

The position is located in Toronto, ON, requiring a hybrid work model with four days on-site weekly. This is a 3-month contract role, with potential for extension.

This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs that have substantial organizational influence. Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and record business requirements related to demand forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management within supply chain functions.
• Create detailed mappings of current and future state processes for procurement and supply chain, pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Assist in implementing and enhancing systems such as SAP Ariba and Blue Yonder.
• Convert intricate business demands into organized requirements, user stories, and thorough documentation.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarity.
• Participate in holistic cross-functional transformation activities involving multiple platforms and teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in business analysis with a concentration on supply chain, procurement, or business transformation.
• Hands-on or supporting experience with demand forecasting, replenishment, and vendor management processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba and Blue Yonder systems, including involvement in implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong skills in process mapping and documentation using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Capability to simplify complex requirements into clear, actionable outputs.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder sessions effectively.
• Detail-oriented analytical thinker comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Additional Information

Employment is on a contract basis with a duration of three months and possible extension. The work location is in Toronto with a hybrid schedule requiring four days onsite. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
