Business Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee the overall profit and loss, spearhead business growth, devise strategy, and drive the nationwide expansion of loan products including secured MSME loans, LAP, and personal loans. This critical role requires establishing and meeting aggressive sales goals, building and managing a strong network of channel partners such as DSAs and IFAs, and ensuring all operations comply with relevant regulations. The position is based at our Mumbai Head Office with mandatory travel across India.

Responsibilities

• Drive company-wide profit & loss management
• Accelerate business growth and formulate strategic plans
• Lead PAN-India expansion efforts for loan products
• Establish and achieve high-volume sales targets
• Develop and nurture a robust network of channel partners including DSAs and IFAs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and policies
• Frequent travel across India is mandatory
