Role overview

An established global asset management organisation is seeking a Business Manager to join its APAC Distribution function in Singapore. This position plays a key role in supporting regional leaders and advancing strategic work across sales, marketing, and partner-related activities.

What you will do

• Work closely with senior leaders to advance regional priorities and help deliver growth-focused initiatives.
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects aimed at strengthening operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
• Build business analyses, management reports, and presentation materials that inform decision-making.
• Spot and promote ways to use technology and automation to improve performance and support scale.

Experience and background

• You should bring at least 7 years of experience in asset management or investment management.
• A solid grasp of distribution, sales, and client-facing work in financial services is important.
• Background in handling projects, change efforts, or business improvement programmes is expected.
• Strong communication, analytical ability, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
