Business Development Manager

Overview

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in expanding the company's business by discovering new market opportunities, nurturing lasting relationships with potential clients, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance company growth by focusing on elevating brand visibility, attracting new clients, and managing public relations efforts.
• Consistently follow up with clients through scheduled weekly visits to ensure all agreed terms are met.
• Support the Body & Paint (B&P) Service operations to fulfill monthly workload demands and achieve sales goals.
• Negotiate repair agreements with new clients, create credit accounts for seamless invoicing under specific client credit codes, ensuring timely and proper payments.
• Lead in developing and refining BP and customer-centered business processes to meet mega performance standards and guidelines.
• Develop and support continuous improvement projects and programs aligned with insurance company and manufacturer operational standards.
• Promote high guest satisfaction by fostering a guest-focused team and achieving operational excellence across front and back office functions in collaboration with other departments.
• Implement body & paint marketing strategies while monitoring competitors to grow market share.
• Supervise personnel including task allocation, training, issue resolution, performance evaluation, personnel recommendations, motivation for peak productivity within a performance-driven learning culture, and succession planning for essential roles.
• Perform weekly analyses on key performance indicators such as sales reports and operational efficiency.
• Conduct teleconferences or field visits to verify appropriate execution of development activities.
