About the Role
Placement Point Solutions is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager based in Velachery, Chennai. This leadership position involves guiding the admissions and telesales team to achieve enrollment objectives and managing telecaller staff to enhance student recruitment success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the admissions and telesales team to meet enrollment targets.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve set sales goals.
- Drive successful student enrollment processes through effective management.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development with proven team management capabilities.
- Experience in education, training, or EdTech sector sales is highly desirable; background in IT or technology industry is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
