Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals for the position of Business Development Manager specializing in Forex and CFDs. Ideal candidates possess strong sales acumen within the forex industry and excel in client acquisition and networking. Leadership qualities to guide and manage high-performing sales teams are essential. Preference will be given to candidates who have an existing client base or referral network.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years working experience in CFDs/Forex industry in roles such as business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Expertise in negotiation, effective communication, and managing client relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and various partnership models.
• Experience collaborating with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or white-label programs.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM tools for data-driven sales management.
• Proven success in meeting acquisition and revenue objectives.
• Possessing an established industry network, with multilingual abilities and exposure to emerging markets considered advantageous.
