Business Development Manager / Director - Crisis & Risk Solutions

Role Overview

This is a new strategic position focused on accelerating commercial growth across the APAC region, based in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Director, the role involves driving new business acquisition and expanding revenue streams by targeting diverse sectors such as corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise-level sales opportunities within APAC.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach and effective territory planning.
• Lead the entire sales cycle including initial engagement, solution design, presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance market presence.
• Monitor competitor activities and keep abreast of emerging risk and security trends.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the APAC commercial strategy and expansion plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 to 10 years' experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management with a strong record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Proven ability in consultative and complex solution selling to corporate clients.
• Experience liaising and influencing C-level executives.
• Background in B2B technology, SaaS, insurance, consulting, professional services, or healthcare sectors is preferred; risk management or security sector experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the APAC region.

Compensation

The role offers a base salary range of SGD 120,000 to SGD 140,000 annually plus performance bonuses.
