Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities using cold calling, outdoor canvassing, networking, referrals, and market analysis
• Establish and nurture strong connections with existing and potential clients

• Develop and deliver recruitment and staffing proposals tailored to client needs
• Negotiate service agreements and successfully close business deals
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance indicators
• Drive high client satisfaction and retention rates

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields
• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, or B2B services is advantageous
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
