Overview
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to cultivate partnerships with indie animation studios, intellectual property holders, creators, and institutional collaborators within the domains of AIGC and emerging content formats. This role involves building and managing a robust pipeline of partners to achieve growth and sustained collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner pipeline that includes independent animation studios, IP owners, content creators, and institutional allies focused on AIGC and innovative content forms.
- Execute well-structured, multi-channel outreach strategies aimed at converting a high volume of contacts into signed contracts meeting defined objectives.
- Lead negotiation processes to expand existing partnerships and secure repeated collaborations.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new sources of content and partnerships worth engaging.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Communications, International Business, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate full professional proficiency in English; additional fluency in at least one other language such as Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Korean is highly advantageous for regional partner engagement.
- Have at least two years of experience in business development, sales development, or partnership roles, with proven success in managing high-volume outbound outreach and achieving measurable conversion rates.
- Strong familiarity with CRM platforms and outreach tools, with a results-driven approach anchored to pipeline metrics and targets.
- Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation, process discipline, rapid learning capability, and resilience in face of frequent rejection.
- Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the digital content sector, adopting a community-oriented mindset alongside excellent communication skills and cultural awareness across diverse markets.
