Business Analysis Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Business Analysis Lead to spearhead transformative business initiatives by assessing organizational needs, guiding requirements gathering, and delivering innovative solutions. The successful candidate will oversee a team of business analysts, work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure business targets translate effectively into technological and process enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the business analysis team managing several projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to comprehend strategic goals and collect business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes to identify areas for optimization and digital transformation opportunities.
• Create, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, meetings, and sessions for eliciting requirements with stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with project managers, product owners, developers, and QA teams through the entire project lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Review and approve deliverables such as process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Assist in user acceptance testing to guarantee successful deployment of solutions.
• Track project milestones, oversee changes in requirements, and manage business risk factors.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Over six years of business analysis experience, including a minimum of two years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong grasp of business analysis frameworks, process modeling techniques, and requirement management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
• Competence with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent skills in analysis, problem-solving, communication, and facilitating discussions.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.
