Job Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Executive to work across multiple locations in North-East India, specializing in credit card sales for Randstad India Private Limited. This full-time position requires working from the office and offers a monthly fixed salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000 CTC. Eligible candidates are aged between 22 and 35 years and should have at least completed 12th grade or hold a graduation degree.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage customers using a consultative, needs-based approach to sales.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and understand customer needs.
- Meet or exceed branch sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Potentially acquire customers from external markets if required to achieve targets.
