Role Overview
We are seeking a BPO Telecaller to engage with current and prospective clients via outbound calls, fostering strong relationships and providing detailed information about products, services, and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to both existing and potential customers.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up diligently on customer inquiries and prospective leads.
