Booker for BMW/Bentley/RR/Bugatti

About the Role

Braman Miami is hiring an experienced Booker to support BMW, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, and Bugatti operations. The role is based in Miami, Florida and involves handling dealership paperwork, coordinating across departments, and working closely with manufacturer guidelines.

Compensation

The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, code, and record warranty claims for submission.
• Generate purchase orders as needed.
• Act as a point of contact between the manufacturer and the Service, Parts, Body Shop, and Sales teams.
• Work on a computer for most of the day.
• Review and understand manufacturer policies and procedures accurately.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a booking-related role is expected.
• Comfort using CDK software is important for this position.
• Applicants should be quick to learn and able to perform with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
• Availability to work Saturdays is required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, onsite position in Miami, FL. The role requires regular computer-based work and coordination across multiple dealership departments.
