Position Overview

We are currently recruiting Bartender professionals to join our acclaimed Daylife portfolio of venues such as AURA Skypool, TAPASAKE, Bâoli, and Azure Beach. We seek experienced, energetic, and well-presented bartenders who are passionate about crafting outstanding guest experiences within luxury dining, beach clubs, and nightlife settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks adhering to the company’s quality standards.
• Provide engaging, professional service that ensures memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, champagnes, and premium beverages.
• Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and maintained to impeccable standards.
• Suggest beverages and upsell top-tier products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and assist with stock control procedures.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, health and safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Possess between 2 to 5 years of bartending experience in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, beach clubs, or lifestyle venues.
• Strong familiarity with classic and signature cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and champagnes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume luxury hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for guest interaction and delivering memorable service.
• Excellent communication abilities and capable of working well within a team.
