Banking Executive

Job Summary

The Banking Executive role focuses on thorough geographic and area mapping alongside strong relationship management and reporting responsibilities to drive operational success within assigned regions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed lane-to-lane and area mapping within assigned geography regularly with supervisor support.
• Identify and notify progress on new sources within the designated area to the reporting manager during daily team meetings.
• Effectively manage relationships with all sources allocated in the designated geography.
• Maintain comprehensive sales and activity reports in mandated formats, including daily diaries documenting all undertakings.
• Recognize when the appointment of channel partners is necessary and communicate these needs appropriately.
• Participate in daily team huddles as scheduled and follow established procedures.
• Enhance customer experiences by cultivating and sustaining strong customer relationship management.
• Ensure the accurate and timely submission of complete application files with all necessary documentation and information.

Additional Information

Compensation ranges from 25,000 to 80,000 INR per month.
