Enterprise Mobility is looking for dependable, responsible people to join the team as a full-time Automotive Detailer. The role is based in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, at 600 N Church St, Mount Pleasant, PA 15666.

The position offers pay of $16 per hour for a standard 40-hour workweek.

• Monday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Tuesday: 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday: off

Role overview

As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will help maintain very high standards of cleanliness and safety. Your work will focus on cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing cars, trucks, and vans so they are ready for customer rentals.

Enterprise Mobility operates well-known mobility brands and provides a wide range of transportation services, including car rental, car sharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management. The company manages a large fleet across a broad global network of rental locations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors according to industry-standard procedures.
• Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks of various sizes.
• Check fuel levels and warning indicators, inspect windshields for damage, restore factory settings to remove previous customer data, look for customer belongings and move valuable items to Lost & Found, and confirm that registration is present, current, and matches the license plate.
• Review fluid levels and add fluids when required; inspect tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; and check the vehicle exterior for damage.
• Refuel and park vehicles in the proper staging area.
• Inspect vehicles for safety issues, report warning lights or any windshield/tire/body damage, and remove vehicles from prep processing when needed.
• Keep the work area neat and organized and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Use equipment such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
• Help customers when necessary and may transport them to and from branch locations.
• Support overall site presentation by cleaning interiors and exteriors of branch locations.
• Handle general cleanliness tasks such as cleaning desks, counters, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and other related duties.
• Work on self-improvement through feedback, skill building, training, and goal setting.
• Keep attendance consistent and arrive on time reliably.
• Take on other job-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug- or alcohol-related conviction should appear on the driving record within the last 3 years.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future work sponsorship from the company.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
