Job Summary

Seeking enthusiastic and customer-driven Automobile Sales Executives to join our motorcycle dealership in Delhi. This role involves delivering excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and actively promoting motorcycle sales. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the showroom by assessing their requirements carefully.
• Provide detailed explanations on motorcycle features, specifications, and advantages.
• Organize product demonstrations and facilitate test rides.
• Pursue leads and maintain follow-ups with potential buyers.
• Meet monthly sales targets and support dealership goals.
• Promote additional services such as finance options, insurance policies, extended warranties, AMC, and accessories.
• Keep accurate records of customer information and sales transactions.
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for customers throughout their purchasing journey.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: Completed 12th grade or a graduate.
• Open to candidates with no experience as well as those with prior sales background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency in computer usage is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with sales targets.
• A genuine interest in automobiles and motorcycle sales is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000.
