Role overview
This position is for an Associate Producer who will contribute to luxury experiential programs from the early planning stage through final execution. It is well suited to someone who is enthusiastic about live events, motivated to learn, and eager to grow through hands-on exposure to high-profile productions.
The role involves working with producers, creatives, strategists, and account leaders across multiple phases of production while supporting the delivery of premium brand experiences.
What you will do
You will assist with the smooth delivery of several experiential projects for luxury clients and initiatives. Day to day, you will help coordinate logistics, manage schedules, communicate with vendors, monitor budgets, and support the team in keeping every detail aligned for a seamless client experience.
This role provides broad exposure to experiential production and offers the chance to strengthen technical, operational, and organizational skills while learning how large-scale luxury experiences are brought to life.
Who this role is for
The ideal candidate is organized, curious, and interested in building a long-term career in experiential production. Prior experience may come from events, hospitality, production, or project management, but the key is comfort working in a fast-moving environment and enjoying the challenge of coordinating complex work.
You should be a proactive problem solver who communicates clearly, takes initiative, works well with others, and pays close attention to detail. An interest in luxury brands, hospitality, design, culture, or experiential marketing is especially valuable. Automotive experience is not necessary, though enthusiasm for premium brands and exceptional guest experiences is important.
Qualifications
The role calls for a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in experiential marketing, live events, hospitality, project management, production, or a similar area.
You should bring strong organizational and coordination abilities, be able to handle multiple priorities accurately in a busy environment, and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, and outside vendors should feel comfortable to you.
Proficiency is expected in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools. A strong interest in luxury brands, hospitality, automotive, design, or premium consumer experiences is preferred, along with a solutions-focused mindset and willingness to continue learning and developing.
You must also be willing to travel domestically and occasionally internationally, and to work evenings and weekends when client programs require it.
