Associate Director/Director - Strategy & Execution, Consumer Products and Retail

About the Role

Join EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution team, where we empower CEOs and business leaders to maximize stakeholder value in a rapidly evolving market landscape. Our team focuses on developing and implementing strategies that enhance profitability and long-term value by delivering market, competitor, and customer insights, alongside financial, operational, and implementation expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a core member on diverse strategy and transformation projects including market entry, growth and turnaround strategies, go-to-market approaches, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration, divestments, cost and organizational transformation, and rapid value creation.
• Lead specific projects or modules within larger engagements by structuring tasks, data gathering, conducting analyses, and crafting recommendations.
• Present and align findings with clients to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
• Engage daily with client counterparts to foster collaboration and keep project goals aligned.

Candidate Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; a master's degree is preferred.
• At least six years of relevant experience within strategy or consulting firms, with a strong background in Consumer Goods and Retail sectors.
• Expertise in commercial aspects including strategy development, go-to-market tactics, revenue growth management, commercial transformation, and digital or AI-led initiatives.
• Operational knowledge in areas such as cost reduction, supply chain transformation, procurement transformation, and sales and operations planning.
• Experience in retail commercial and operational transformation.
• Availability for domestic and international travel as required by client engagements.
