Associate Director - Structured Sales, FICC, Fixed Income

About the Role

This position involves the distribution of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives, structured investments, and structured financing products. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new client relationships in Singapore as well as cross-selling a variety of Fixed Income, Currencies, and Commodities (FICC) products such as structured credit, FX, and Rates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios in Singapore and international markets by distributing OTC derivatives and structured financial products.
• Collaborate effectively with the product structuring team to develop and promote customized financial solutions.
• Lead efforts in onboarding new clients and expanding business relationships.
• Maintain proactive communication with trading desks to exchange market insights and competitive product information.
• Work in close partnership with traders specializing in structured credit, Rates, FX, and Commodities to expand their client outreach and support business development.
• Ensure full adherence to firm policies and regulatory standards regarding sales practices and conduct.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a related discipline.
• Brings at least six years of relevant industry experience.
• Holds all necessary regulatory licences to perform required regulated activities.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of the FICC product suite.
• Exhibits self-motivation and initiative in professional duties.
• Works well collaboratively in team-based environments.
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
