Role Overview

We seek a full-time Associate Creative Director to join Coolr Studios, our in-house creative department where culture and creativity thrive. You will collaborate within a growing team to develop outstanding social-first campaigns and content tailored for social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of culturally impactful, social-first creative concepts across campaigns and ever-present content.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy and Creative Directors to formulate creative responses to briefs.
  • Mentor Senior, Midweight, and Junior Creatives during ideation, enhancing ideas into cohesive campaigns.
  • Ensure high creative standards by reviewing work across multiple accounts.
  • Confidently present creative concepts in client meetings and pitches.
  • Incorporate client feedback effectively to evolve ideas and guide teams in refinement.
  • Work collaboratively with Producers, Designers, Editors, and Strategists to bring concepts to fruition.
  • Support the creation of repeatable content formats and social-first creative frameworks for clients.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, influencer culture, and emerging platform formats.
  • Partner with the Influencer team to select appropriate creators ensuring their content complements the overarching creative vision.
  • Contribute to generating creative ideas for new business pitches and proactive opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven creative leadership skills, able to steer projects and uplift team ideas into robust campaign strategies.
  • Strong strategic insight into linking creative ideas with brand objectives, audience behavior, and social platforms.
  • Excellent presentation capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in coaching creatives to advance their skills, thinking, and confidence.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, including creator culture and trends.
  • Commercial acumen with awareness of production scheduling, budgeting, and idea execution.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to foster productive relationships with Strategy, Production, Design, and Client Services teams.
