Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team through effective coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership
• Boost sales performance across retail, trade, and design sectors
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates memorable shopping experiences
• Develop and maintain strong trade relationships and promote our Retail & Trade Loyalty Program
• Share lighting and design knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
• Maintain superior visual merchandising and presentation standards in-store
• Promote a safe and supportive environment by championing safety and wellbeing practices
• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational goals and ensuring smooth store operations

Candidate Profile

• Experience thriving in retail, sales, or customer service environments
• Effective communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Positive attitude combined with curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple priorities calmly and with attention to detail
• Ownership mindset with problem-solving skills and initiative to improve processes
• Current driver's license and willingness to be involved in hands-on store tasks
