About the Role

Join Cotton On in Auckland as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting the Store Manager to inspire your team and create exceptional customer experiences while driving strong business results. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing a culture of growth, engagement, and high performance within the team, helping build future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to foster a development-focused, motivating environment.
  • Maintain operational excellence and uphold customer service standards to boost business growth.
  • Apply commercial insight to identify trading opportunities and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and store outcomes.
  • Assist in managing store schedules and controlling wages to meet productivity and budget targets.
  • Promote and engage team members with the Cotton On Group Foundation to drive positive change through its global projects.
