Join Cotton On in Auckland as an Assistant Store Manager, supporting the Store Manager to inspire your team and create exceptional customer experiences while driving strong business results. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to foster a development-focused, motivating environment.
- Maintain operational excellence and uphold customer service standards to boost business growth.
- Apply commercial insight to identify trading opportunities and implement solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and store outcomes.
- Assist in managing store schedules and controlling wages to meet productivity and budget targets.
- Promote and engage team members with the Cotton On Group Foundation to drive positive change through its global projects.
