Overview
Join L'Oréal's Corporate Digital and Marketing Office as an Assistant Manager specializing in Paid Social within our Luxury Division. Located at our New York headquarters in Hudson Yards, this role partners closely with brand marketing and media teams to shape and execute paid social media strategies across various luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital media investments focusing on paid social platforms, building comprehensive media plans and partner strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Leverage platform tools to conduct expert analysis and optimize bidding, audience targeting, ad formats, and creative execution.
- Measure ROI and design experimental approaches to evaluate media performance, communicating insights about consumer engagement, media efficiency, and purchasing behaviors.
- Collaborate across departments such as Marketing, eCommerce, PR, Creative, and Finance, ensuring alignment and accountability for media campaigns.
- Break down complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively across diverse teams.
- Allocate time across strategic review, media planning, tactical execution, meeting preparation, and spending management to support business goals.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 2–5 years managing high-volume B2C digital media campaigns, ideally in CPG or eCommerce sectors.
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, especially Meta; familiarity with TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest is advantageous.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools, notably Google Analytics.
- Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, forecasting, and working with large data sets.
- Strong awareness of digital media trends, strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, detail-oriented approach, customer-focused service, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to design and implement digital campaigns targeting defined ROI objectives.
- Experience in executive reporting and conveying digital media concepts to mixed audiences.
- Passion for the beauty and luxury goods industries.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent multitasking and teamwork abilities with clear communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from $84,500 to $120,400 per year.
