Role Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our blended banking process team as Assistant Managers in Online Reputation Management (ORM). Candidates with strong written communication and a customer-first attitude will find an excellent career path in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through email and social media channels effectively.
• Provide accurate, professional responses addressing customer issues.
• Ensure customer queries are resolved within the established turnaround times.
• Escalate issues to appropriate authorities when necessary.
• Maintain service quality standards and meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences following organizational processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in understanding and drafting emails.
• Basic competency in MS Excel.
• Dynamic with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite at the office location.

Job Information

• Designation: Assistant Manager ORM
• Process: Axis Bank Blended Banking Process
• Workplace: Noida Sector 128, Axis House
• Salary: Approximately INR 280000 annually CTC (around INR 24000 net monthly) plus twice-yearly performance linked incentives
• Work Schedule: Five and a half working days per week with rotational weekly offs
• Shift: Rotational; female employees assigned day shifts
• Transport: Shuttle service available from Okhla Bird Sanctuary and Golf Course Metro stations; no cab facility
