About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Food & Beverage Manager in supervising all food and beverage operations including Bar, Restaurant, and Conference & Banqueting.
- Assist in leading the Bar department to implement strategies that meet operational goals.
- Coordinate and support Conference & Banqueting functions, events, and weddings ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead recruitment, staff retention, and employee development initiatives.
- Establish team targets aligned with departmental and hotel-wide objectives.
- Oversee events to maintain exceptional service standards, including performing Duty Manager duties.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Required Skills and Experience
- Background in Food & Beverage management within a reputable hotel.
- Experience managing large-scale conferences and events considered a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven skills in recruiting and developing team members.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
- Customer-focused approach to delivering quality experiences.
