Role Overview

The Assistant Business Manager acts as a vital brand ambassador upholding Charlotte Tilbury's values. This role involves supporting daily counter operations alongside the Business Manager, inspiring the team to surpass sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. Emphasis is placed on fostering team engagement and customer satisfaction through proactive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed financial goals and key performance indicators within the store.
• Assist the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales objectives and communicate effectively with Retail Artists to meet targets.
• Exhibit entrepreneurial drive and develop expertise in retail artistry to positively impact company performance.
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer experiences and exemplary service standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maintain Charlotte Tilbury’s high standards in artistry and customer service.
• Expand exceptional service beyond in-store engagements by utilizing the customer database for direct marketing.
• Develop and implement individual and team growth plans, carrying out regular performance reviews to encourage open feedback.
• Foster a cooperative and positive team environment through collaborative leadership and recognition of achievements.
• Propose innovative plans, events, and activities to boost commercial success.
• Ensure flawless visual merchandising, cleanliness, and hygiene on the counter.
• Maintain impeccable personal grooming standards and inspire the team to do the same.
