About the Role

Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is looking for a seasoned Art Advisory Manager based in Dubai to guide private collectors, family offices, and institutional partners while aiding the gallery's global growth. The role involves close collaboration with internationally acclaimed artists, collectors, and cultural organizations to assist with acquisitions, exhibitions, and sustaining long-term client connections.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to private collectors regarding artwork acquisitions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Identify and pursue novel opportunities for art collection expansion.
• Forge strategic partnerships with museums and cultural institutions.
• Organize exclusive private viewings and events.
• Assist with the gallery's presence at major international art fairs.
• Prepare detailed artwork presentations and proposals for acquisitions.
• Collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Art History, Fine Arts, Luxury Management, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in art advisory roles, galleries, auction houses, luxury sectors, or wealth management.
• Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Global outlook and international mindset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
