Architect - MuleSoft Integration

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned MuleSoft Architect with substantial experience in MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, API Management, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). This position involves architecting integration solutions, developing API-led designs, and pioneering enterprise-level integration strategies. The architect will leverage expertise in API governance, messaging technologies, and integration frameworks to build secure, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build APIs and integrations utilizing MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
• Create API-led architectures covering Experience, Process, and System layers.
• Administer APIs with API Manager including proxies, policies, analytics, and portals.
• Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs alongside integration services.
• Utilize messaging frameworks such as MQ and Kafka for integration flows.
• Focus on crafting reusable, scalable, and secure integration components.
• Execute unit tests using the MUnit framework.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze requirements and ensure delivery success.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Proficient hands-on knowledge of MuleSoft platform and API lifecycle management.
• Strong grasp of SOA principles and integration design patterns.
• Experience designing RAML-based APIs and working with MuleSoft connectors and flows.
• Familiarity with data formats and protocols such as JSON, XML, and HTTP.
• Competence with message-oriented middleware like MQ and Kafka.
• Capability in API governance and management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (B.Tech / B.E. in CSE) is mandatory.
