Role Overview
We are welcoming an Architect/Designer to our expanding Sydney office. This role reports directly to directors and project leads and involves contributing to complex, large-scale mission-critical architectural projects, particularly data centres and specialized infrastructures. Our current project portfolio includes large-scale, multi-billion-dollar data centre developments with a substantial pipeline of upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in complex multi-phase projects aimed at delivering high-quality outcomes that comply with regulatory standards.
- Engage in detailed design phases, documentation, coordination efforts, and provide support during construction to ensure adherence to design intent.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to maintain alignment throughout project stages.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings and 3D models to produce accurate project documentation.
- Support delivery timelines, manage project milestones, and uphold quality standards across various phases of multiple projects.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a minimum of five years of relevant architectural experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards.
- Have solid technical and construction knowledge, highly regarded for this role.
- Be proficient in design and construction documentation processes.
- Show proficiency in Revit software; skills in rendering tools such as Enscape and Lumion, plus Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, are advantageous.
- Experience working on complex commercial or large-scale multi-residential projects in the delivery phase is highly valued.
