Role Overview

We are seeking a new apprentice (m/f/d) in scaffolding to join our Stadtlohn site.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the correct techniques to assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Acquire skills in planning and drafting diverse scaffolding designs.
• Gain experience in the maintenance, storage, and transportation of scaffolding components.
• Understand and implement safety protocols to ensure secure and cautious working practices.
• Participate in vocational school and inter-company training sessions organized in block formats.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of at least a good secondary school leaving certificate.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor work and constructing scaffolding and specialized structures based on technical drawings for bridges and buildings.
• Physical stamina and resilience to work in various weather conditions.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to excel.
