Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Role Overview

TalentPop App is hiring a remote Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to manage marketplace activity across Amazon Seller Central. This position suits someone with strong e-commerce knowledge, excellent organization, and a performance-focused approach. The role will involve overseeing product listings, inventory, reporting, support cases, and marketplace health for a major Amazon operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, with the goal of increasing visibility and sales conversion.
• Track important performance indicators such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion data, then prepare weekly performance summaries.
• Stay on top of FBA and FBM stock levels, keeping inventory aligned to reduce both shortages and excess stock.
• Submit and follow up on support cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues, clarify policy concerns, and protect account health.
• Research competitors and search keywords to uncover opportunities for new products and strengthen listing reach.
• Review customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health metrics, and take action based on findings.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1 year of direct, practical experience working in Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon rules, ranking behavior, and listing optimization methods.
• Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is advantageous.
• Strong analytical ability with careful attention to detail, especially when working with data and inventory tracking.
• Clear written communication skills for listing creation and formal correspondence with seller support.
• Ability to work independently, stay proactive, and perform well in a fast-moving, target-driven setting.

Technical Requirements

• A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speeds.
• A personal desktop or laptop equipped with a minimum i5 processor.
