Job description
Role Overview
This permanent, full-time position is based at Bristol Airport and requires candidates to have aviation experience. Working in partnership with easyJet, the role supports ground handling operations at Bristol, managing tight schedules and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for planning ground handling operations.
- Collaborate with onsite operational teams to drive continuous improvements in planning processes.
- Analyze systems data to generate management information supporting process enhancements.
- Serve as the initial point of contact and communicate operations status with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist Shift Managers during Plan/Do/Review meetings by updating systems and executing changes based on feedback.
- Monitor ground crew activities in real time to ensure timely completion of tasks and communicate delays to Teams Control Officers (TCOs).
- Efficiently adjust workflow on the day of execution to guarantee tasks are finished on time and in full.
- Inform ground crew of schedule modifications and turnaround details while maintaining professional conduct.
- Verify movement messages, oversee unserviceability communications, manage hot turns, and identify falsified flight data in systems.
- Conduct nightly equipment inspections including headsets and cables, reporting any discrepancies.
- Optimize team performance through smart allocation of personnel to tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven aviation industry experience is mandatory.

Aviation Security Requirements
- Must be able to provide a history of residential addresses covering the last 5 years.
- Must provide 5 years of reference history, including employment, education, benefit claims, or character references.
- Required to obtain full airside identification clearance, involving a security vetting process including criminal background checks.
Working Conditions
This role follows a shift pattern of four days on and four days off, working from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
