Role Overview

We seek an experienced AI/ML Developer to lead the development and deployment of innovative AI products. This role involves comprehensive technical involvement, leadership responsibilities, and driving timely, quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle delivery of foundational AI/ML projects ensuring robustness and scalability.
• Coordinate project timelines, sprint planning, and maintain disciplined execution.
• Design AI/ML system architectures, including models, data pipelines, infrastructure, and APIs.
• Choose appropriate methodologies such as large language models, natural language processing, speech technologies, and knowledge graphs.
• Implement best practices for model training, evaluation, and machine learning operations (ML Ops).
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance AI/ML team cultivating standards of excellence and innovation.
• Develop strategies for data sourcing and quality assurance, incorporating domain-specific datasets, particularly Indic corpora.
• Continuously enhance model relevance and performance aligned with real-world Indian Knowledge System applications.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven record of launching AI products to production.
• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Computer Science Engineering, or related fields.
• Expertise in at least two of these areas: large language models, speech technology, or multimodal AI.
• Experience working with ML Ops, cloud platforms, and scalable system architectures.
• Leadership capabilities to manage teams and meet complex deadlines in fast-paced settings.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach emphasizing ownership, execution, and startup culture adaptability.
