Role Overview

The AI Transformation Manager will spearhead the integration and scaling of AI technologies throughout Generate. This includes championing AI adoption, embedding AI into business operations, driving cultural transformation, and securing measurable returns on AI investments. The role ensures Generate remains agile, continuously improves performance, and integrates AI as an organisational capability following the company's foundational AI stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the AI transformation journey by embedding AI solutions into team workflows and business processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to pinpoint high-value AI opportunities and redesign processes enhancing customer and business outcomes.
• Advocate for organizational change, fostering AI skills development and an AI-centric culture.
• Develop governance frameworks and monitor AI adoption to ensure responsible use while measuring productivity, value, and ROI.
• Create reusable tools such as frameworks, playbooks, and establish a Centre of Excellence to support sustained AI success.
• Keep abreast of AI advancements and translate cutting-edge technologies into practical improvements in operations.

Candidate Profile

• A tertiary degree and a minimum of five years’ experience in AI transformation, change leadership, or related digital initiatives.
• Proven success driving adoption of new technologies and capabilities within organisations.
• Expertise in change management with strong stakeholder engagement prowess.
• Skilled in business process redesign and improving operating models.
• Ability to identify, quantify, and communicate value from AI opportunities.
• A customer and business outcome-oriented mindset.
• Effective executive communication skills and influence without formal authority.
• Highly capable facilitation and workshop leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of AI technologies including generative AI, AI agents, enterprise AI, and automation tools.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical experts without being a technical specialist.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, and principles of responsible AI use.
• Balanced approach to innovation and adherence to governance standards.
