We are seeking a visionary AI Enablement Architect to join our team, driving innovative AI solutions that revolutionize player engagement and operational efficiency. This role will collaborate globally to prototype, deploy, and scale AI capabilities within the Experiences organization. The architect will champion generative AI technologies, design multi-agent workflows, and transform content creation processes, partnering with diverse teams across creative, marketing, product, data, and engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of generative AI advancements and traditional AI/ML to inform strategic solution design.
• Rapidly prototype and develop impactful AI-driven solutions that elevate player interactions and enhance business operations.
• Create GenAI-native architectures supporting content creation, data analytics, and core business functions from concept through production.
• Build and refine AI pipelines and tools that empower creative, marketing, and franchise teams to efficiently generate and optimize multimedia content at scale while aligning with brand and fan expectations.
• Ensure seamless integration and reliability of AI systems with existing platforms, establishing clear observability and performance benchmarks.
• Develop and promote reusable AI reference architectures, design patterns, SDKs, and templates to accelerate adoption across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate extensively with internal partners to identify AI opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead experimentation cycles including proof of concept, pilot, and production, monitoring metrics to continually enhance models, prompts, workflows, and user experience.
• Provide organizational leadership in AI by conducting workshops, sharing best practices, and mentoring teams on utilizing AI agents, large language models, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience developing and implementing robust software solutions with a focus on architecture, infrastructure, and security.
• Proficient in Python programming; familiarity with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is advantageous.
• Practical experience utilizing agent-based AI software engineering tools to boost development speed and experimentation.
• At least 3 years leading AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Strong expertise in prompt engineering, AI agents and agent architectures, tool integration protocols, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, evaluation methods, and implementation of guardrails.
• Skills in tuning language and diffusion models, annotating datasets, and designing data pipelines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with enterprise-grade architecture, microservices, monitoring and telemetry, infrastructure as code (IaC), and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) methodologies.
