Agile / Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Agile / Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various projects. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining project schedules, managing resources and budgets, and fostering Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement and positive project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from their initiation phase to final delivery.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Establish clear project goals, scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate efforts among diverse teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Track project progression, identifying and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, and the allocation of resources to ensure effective project management.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support initiatives related to Agile transformation and ongoing enhancement of processes.
• Align project activities with overall business objectives and company priorities.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, reporting, and governance materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in project management, Agile delivery, Scrum Master roles, or similar positions.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, alongside traditional project management approaches.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Competency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Analytical mindset equipped with problem-solving skills and sound organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing technology-related, software development, digital transformation, or business process projects.
• Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe are advantageous.
• Know-how in budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Background in risk and change management techniques.
• Familiarity with business analysis and process improvement practices.
