Role Overview
This position plays a vital role in providing back-office assistance to mortgage advisors, facilitating a seamless and efficient process for client mortgage applications.
Key Duties
- Welcome clients and address their queries, directing them appropriately to mortgage advisors.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, ensuring effective communication flow.
- Assist in preparing and submitting mortgage loan applications with accuracy.
- Coordinate among brokers, clients, and lenders to streamline communication.
- Oversee administrative responsibilities such as gathering documents, filing, and entering client data.
- Handle incoming inquiries by routing them to the designated Mortgage Advisor for further support.
- Maintain a tidy and well-organized office setting.
- Contribute support to the team by conducting market research, preparing client reports, and other necessary tasks.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably within mortgage or financial industries.
- Minimum two years of background in credit underwriting, mortgage analysis, or financial services.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Zoho Mail software.
